i play RHYTHMS

 My focus is on Body Music/Body Percussion. In the pedagogical area, I offer seminars and workhshops at the intersection of music, movement and language for young people, teachers and artists. Team-Events with rhythm for companies and groups, including performance and interaction, are among my best-loved offers.

My artistic projects make me thrive: performances, theatre plays for young audiences, compositions, cooperation with other artists and videos. At the moment, the Body Music band Groove Crew is an exciting performance project with which I already produced some videos. I could already record and be on stage with the famous Brazilian Body Music band Barbatuques. Another area are percussive dances like Gumboots or Schuhplatteln.

I practice and teach Bamboo Flow and Yoga and enjoyed an Embodied Flow yoga teacher training with Tara Judelle.

I studied Rhythmics/Music & Movement Education (University of Music and Performing Arts Vienna), as well as English Studies and Sociology (University of Vienna, University of Edinburgh). Travels for work and research brought me to Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Uruguay, Columbia, El Salvador, Mali, Canada and the USA. I could enjoy trainings with Bobby McFerrin, Keith Terry, Fernando Barba, Dudu Tucci, Ari Colares, Adriano Adewale, Oumu Mariko, Koffi Koko, Morena Nascimento, Ziya Azazi and many more.
